We are also in the exploration stage of hiring from the Philippines, where we currently have a base of coding teachers the beta phase testing will help us determine our hiring strategy for teachers from other countries. Have you hired teachers for the same? In India, we have started hiring music experts. At the same time, the acceptance of online education has also grown tremendously. In the US, for instance, early education focuses on music and as a result, interest in music is high.

What trend do you see towards music curriculum in other markets when you compare it with India? We have selected two of the most preferred instruments in international markets-guitar and piano-and expect huge traction globally as these are the two most popular beginner instruments. Hence, we expect huge interest and demand in those markets as well. Will this curriculum be also available in other markets? If yes, which are those? Yes, a significant percentage of our total user base has representation in diverse markets such as the US, UK, Mexico and Brazil. Similarly, we'll be exploring symbiotic partnerships for music as well and announce the collaborations once they have been formalized. Will you be partnering with any music platforms such as Spotify to further leverage this course? In the past, we have partnered with organizations like for Coding, and GeoGebra for math. The music curriculum will then be progressively extended to other international markets.
#MUSIC MATH BETS TRIAL#
We plan to offer music trial classes starting May 28 on an invitation basis only and then launch it commercially in the US and India in June after incorporating feedback from beta testing. How do you see its acceptance among your current set of customers and how many new students are you expecting to take up this course? The music classes are currently in the beta phase and the initial feedback has been incredibly positive. In fact, 65% of our users expressed a very strong interest in music. Our research indicates an overwhelming interest in the subject. Can you tell us the reasons behind launching this as compared to other traditional subjects? We are now attempting to replicate the success that we achieved with coding and take music learning mainstream for kids by making it accessible on a large scale through the live online one-on-one format where every student will be connected to a personalized teacher.
